I also appreciated the availability of major kitchen appliances like the fridge, toaster, water heater, washer, dryer. the apartment was well-maintained and provided plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows. the location was convenient, close to an overground station and with bus stops nearby. The staff were friendly and responsive, making for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Cons: Everything was great! 😊.

I particularly enjoyed watching the kids at the nearby primary school. The newly renovated apartment had a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub.

There were some issues with noise from other apartments, and the noise persisted even after reporting it to the staff. Additionally, the lack of toiletries, especially conditioner, was a bit of a disappointment.

Our complaints to the host were essentially ignored, with no efforts made to resolve the issue or provide any alternative solutions. Noise isolation was poor, leaving us constantly disturbed by external noise. Additionally, the lack of daily cleaning and the locked garbage containers made it inconvenient to dispose of our trash. The kitchen utilities were very basic, with missing essential items like a chopping board. our experience was far from the luxurious stay we were promised.

Despite the modern and spacious living room and comfortable beds, there were significant drawbacks to our stay. The lack of air conditioning in the summer made the apartment unbearably warm, especially with poor window ventilation.
